Job description

The Information Technology Technician is responsible for the assurance of IT hardware, software, connectivity, including new IT implementations are working well and in accordance with the company’s IT governance and policies., + Security (antivirus, incidents reports, etc.)

  • Servers (physical and virtual, databases, storages, backups, etc.)

  • Connectivity (Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi Controllers, AP, Links, etc.)

Requirements

  • Education level: Technical degree in IT related field

  • Knowledge required: generalist in IT support, IT sustaining, IT infrastructure, IT connectivity, IT systems and industrial automation.

  • 2+ years of recent relevant experience
