Job description

  • Develop and manage detailed program and project plans in partnership with Product Managers and delivery teams.
  • Translate product strategy and roadmaps into executable workstreams, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Identify dependencies, critical paths, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

  • Establish clear communication models and cadences with executives, product leaders, technical teams, and business partners.
  • Lead planned and ad-hoc meetings to review progress, surface risks, and drive decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver concise status updates, dashboards, and executive-level readouts.
  • Create polished, visually engaging presentations that simplify complex messages and stakeholder input into clear, compelling presentations, using strong visual storytelling to effectively communicate intent, progress, and outcomes. Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and ensure commitment to delivery plans.
  • Support teams in clarifying requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient execution.
  • Ensure alignment across product, technology, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Risk, Issue, and Escalation Management

  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Develop and execute mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Tactfully escalate issues at the right time and to the right stakeholders to drive resolution. Data, Metrics, and Reporting

  • Define and track key delivery metrics related to project health, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Leverage tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Smartsheet to analyze data and produce meaningful insights.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and summaries that support decision-making and prioritization. Leadership & Governance

  • Provide delivery oversight across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Mentor and support project managers as applicable, fostering strong delivery practices and consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available., * Strong experience working with PPM tools and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and Clarity).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical project and program management within complex, environments.
  • Proven experience leading projects from inception through delivery, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate vision, strategy, and requirements clearly to engineering teams and business partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex, hybrid, and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience supporting B2B product teams in large organizations.
  • Prior experience presenting delivery status and outcomes to executive leadership.
