Job description

  • Executes disciplined processes for assigning training based on user access.
  • Differentiates training by role, department, campus, and modality.
  • Enrolls team members in instructor-led classes and manages training calendars.
  • Assigns trainers to sessions as needed.
  • Reviews and unblocks user access post-training completion.
  • Works with management and technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Communicates with the training team and new hires regarding training status and updates.
  • Monitors and responds to messages in a timely manner.
  • Provides reporting and analysis of training data.
  • Shares themes and implements improvements based on training feedback.
  • Solves logistics problems related to training sessions.
  • Manages the New Hire Training ticket queue in ServiceNow.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) [Required]

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills fostering effective interaction among a variety of stakeholder groups [Required]

  • Able to work effectively in a matrix reporting environment and set/manage multiple priorities [Required]

  • Basic Microsoft Access [Preferred]

Education:

  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:

  • N/A

Work Experience:

  • 1+ relevant/related work experience [Required]

  • Clinical Hospital experience [Preferred]

  • LMS Experience [Preferred]

  • Multiple Epic application experience [Preferred]
