Senior UX Designer

· Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through user research, including interviews, usability tests, and behavioral data · Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information · Distinguish what users say from what they actually do or need (people can be fun puzzles) · Collaborate with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions

· You have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, human factors engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Usability Engineering) and at least 10 years of experience (4 more years of experience can be substituted for a degree) · You’ve mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software, to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups · You have familiarity with a prototyping tool such as Axsure, Sketch, or Adobe XD · Your design sensibility is refined and purposeful, and the artifacts you create are beautiful and functional · Talking to users and soliciting their feedback is second nature, and you can articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences · You have a working knowledge of both qualitative discovery methods (usability testing, contextual inquiry) and quantitative data collection methods (surveys, analytics review, A/B testing, card sorting, tree testing, session observation)

Salary range provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
