Soccer Shots - Knoxville is looking for a dynamic and driven Scrum Master to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN! In this role, you’ll champion agile practices, empower cross-functional teams, and help deliver meaningful results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. If you’re passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, this is the opportunity for you!, * Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team velocity and productivity
• Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to build trust and motivate teams toward shared goals
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

This is a remote position. Compensation: $85,500.00 - $125,500.00 per year
