Scrum Master

Soccer Shots Southwest Las Vegas is looking for a dynamic and driven Scrum Master to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV! In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our agile processes, empowering teams to deliver their best work while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about servant leadership and making a real impact, we want to hear from you!, * Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach and mentor agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and sprint delivery
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through
