Computer & Cell Phone Repair Technician

• Diagnose, test, and repair Apple, Samsung, and other major smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Perform general electronic repairs and routine maintenance.
• Assist customers by explaining repair options, providing updates, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Support daily store operations, including sales assistance, maintaining a clean workspace, and other duties as needed.
• Continue developing technical skills while helping educate customers about their devices.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mobile devices and computers.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Consistent recent work history is preferred.
