We are seeking a skilled Electronic Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves repairing a wide range of electronic devices, including computers, phones, tablets, game consoles, and custom gaming PCs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, an ability for troubleshooting, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service., * Perform quick and efficient repairs on a variety of electronic devices while upholding the high-quality standards of Computer Cave.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with computers and mobile devices.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Interact with customers to provide updates and explanations regarding repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless service experience.

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Outstanding customer service skills.

• Prior experience in computer and mobile device repair is preferred.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work hours that may include weekends and holidays., * Electronic Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
