Job description
Our client, a leading telecommunications organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Architect to join their team on a initial 2-month engagement, with a strong possibility of extension. The successful candidate will lead the architecture and design of the ServiceNow SIR solution, working closely with security stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to deliver a scalable, best-practice implementation. This is a fully remote role within an international project environment., * Lead the architecture and overall solution design for the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) implementation.
- Engage with security, infrastructure and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define integration strategies with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management and threat intelligence platforms.
- Review and oversee solution configuration and development to ensure architectural standards are maintained.
- Support workshops, solution documentation and technical design sessions.
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
- Proven expertise implementing Security Incident Response (SIR) within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) suite.
- Experience designing complex integrations with third-party security technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and platform best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response or Security Operations is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in enterprise or telecommunications environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery team.
