Job description
To plan, organize and control activities so that project(s) are completed successfully as possible. Managing a cross functional team, directing, monitoring and promoting change., * Manage Commercial/ART implementation projects and initiatives;

Coordinate and complete projects timely and within budget;

Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;

Collaborate with team to formulate decision and develop the output for job/project;

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals;
-
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, staff members, and senior management;
-
Plan and manage the job/project, manage the business/financial aspects of the job/project, provide a supportive work environment for the team, mentor, coach and develop others, and manage one’s own development;
-
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
-
Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors;
-
Own/Support all project assigned
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience required;
-
10+ years of demonstrated success as Technology Manager., * Direct experience with Application Development as applied to a worldwide company;

Advanced time management and analytical skills;
-
Strong technical aptitude and experience working with enterprise software solutions;
-
Excellent communication, consulting and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of an organization;
-
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.
