- Data Analysis: The ability to analyze complex datasets, and knowledge of analysis programs/languages.
- Programming: Ability to read program code and identify areas with discrepancies.

Software Analysis: Ability to evaluate software documentation including descriptions, flowcharts, and requirements for completeness and accuracy.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and assist in the development of solutions to complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports and briefings.

Collaboration: The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and collaborate with government agencies and military personnel is crucial.
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Radar, Surveillance, or Radar Software Analysis.
- Experience with C++ and MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time-sensitive issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to include oral and written ability to communicate detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance.
- Systems level experience with radar, sensors, and/or similar systems.
- Experience in any or all of the following disciplines: Design, Trajectory, Guidance Navigation and Control, Radar Cross Section (RCS) Signatures, Optical Signatures, Telemetry.

Torch Technologies is seeking a to support our Software Mission Assurance Business Unit.
- Assist with various software and system analysis activities that include test and systems validation, requirements analysis, data analysis, and flight/ground test execution.
- Support in the analysis and reporting of flight, ground, and characterization test events.
- Technical focus areas can include any of the following list:
- Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC)
- Radar Cross Section (RCS) signatures
- Optical signatures
- Telemetry
