Sr. Director, Industry & Solution Strategy - 1

Infor is seeking a Sr. Director, Industry Principal - Healthcare Finance & Supply Chain to serve as a trusted industry advisor for Infor FSM / CloudSuite Healthcare. This role partners with healthcare executives, sales teams, product leaders, and customers to shape market strategy, strengthen solution positioning, and advance finance and supply chain transformation across the provider market.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes, * Serve as a visible healthcare finance and supply chain expert for Infor FSM in the provider market.

• Engage CFOs and senior healthcare leaders on ERP modernization, financial transformation, and supply chain performance.

• Provide market insight to Product Management and Strategy teams to inform roadmap priorities and solution differentiation.

• Support strategic pursuits through executive briefings, customer meetings, industry storytelling, and value-based messaging.

• Develop thought leadership, presentations, and external-facing content that reinforces Infor’s healthcare market position.

• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, and industry organizations to expand market awareness and credibility.

• Healthcare finance leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance executive responsibility.

• Experience with healthcare finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and supply chain operations.

• Experience with ERP, financial systems, or supply chain systems selection, implementation, or optimization.

• Executive presence with strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic, healthcare clinical/financial data, or decision support environments.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree; CPA or related professional credential.

• Experience connecting provider operations, enterprise software strategy, and customer-facing advisory work.
