Senior Director Industry & Solution Strategy HCM

As Senior Director, Industry & Solutions Strategy HCM at Infor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of Infor’s HCM industry solutions. This leadership position sits at the intersection of industry expertise, product innovation, and go-to-market excellence. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to define differentiated industry strategies, influence product roadmaps, and position Infor as the preferred choice for industry-specific digital transformation., * Define and lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and differentiation Infor’s HCM Solutions.

• Develop comprehensive HCM strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and Infor’s cloud-first product vision.
• Partner with Product Management to align solution roadmaps with industry-specific requirements and innovation opportunities.
• Provide executive-level guidance on competitive positioning, messaging and market dynamics.
• Support go-to-market teams with strategic assets, including value propositions, solution blueprints and HCM narratives.
• Engage directly with strategic customers, analysts, and partners to validate strategy and gather market intelligence.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of HCM strategists and analysts.
• Represent Infor at industry events, customer briefings, and executive strategy sessions.

Do you have experience in Sales presentations?, * Experience in human capital enterprise software, industry strategy, or solution consulting roles.

• Experience developing and executing strategies within a global technology organization.
• Experience in one or more vertical industries relevant to Infor’s portfolio.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience conducting market analysis and apply findings to product and go-to-market planning.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations, messaging frameworks, and business cases., * Experience working with cloud-based platforms and modern enterprise architectures.
• Experience working with emerging technology trends (e.g., AI/ML, Industry 4.0, data analytics).
