Job description
Lead end-to-end Salesforce and CRM implementations, driving strategy, configuration, integrations, data migrations, and governance. Manage cross-functional project delivery, stakeholder alignment, vendor relationships, release/deployment, change management, training, and measurable adoption outcomes., We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager with deep Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM expertise to lead end-to-end implementation initiatives across the organization. In this highly cross-functional role, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of complex CRM implementations - ensuring seamless adoption, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners to deliver solutions that scale with ecoATM’s rapid growth., SFDC Implementation & Configuration
- Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Configure and optimize SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
- Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices
- Manage sandbox environments, release planning, and deployment pipelines in coordination with the technical team
- Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations as needed
CRM Strategy & General Implementation
- Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives
- Oversee migrations, consolidations, and enhancements to CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to operations
- Develop and maintain CRM governance frameworks, including data standards, access controls, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM adoption, user experience, and data quality across business units
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead project planning and delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder implementation initiatives using structured project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate)
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports; proactively manage issues and escalations
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and UAT cycles with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience
- Manage relationships with external implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors
- Drive change management and training programs to ensure high adoption rates post-launch
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management, with a strong focus on Salesforce
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required); additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
Preferred
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and CRM integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
- Familiarity with retail tech, kiosk operations, or consumer electronics industries
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience working in a high-growth or PE-backed company environment
Benefits & conditions
$135-$175k + Bonus Potential
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
