Lead the technical direction of high-impact C# .Net software initiatives as a player/coach while empowering Agile teams to build scalable, modern solutions that truly make a difference. This is a chance to step into a visible, influential role where your engineering expertise, leadership voice, and architectural decisions directly shape the future of the platform., We are searching for a Lead C# .Net Software Engineer with 4+ years of team leadership experience, mid-level expertise with React (preferred) or Angular, and strong modeling/design skills. This role provides technical leadership and strategic direction to multiple Agile development teams, enabling them to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions efficiently. The Lead Software Engineer partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable features while improving team productivity and delivery outcomes. This position balances hands-on engineering expertise with cross-team leadership and release ownership., * Serve as a technical leader supporting feature teams by clarifying scope, priorities, and delivery expectations
- Facilitate feature kickoff and planning sessions, assigning work across development teams as appropriate
- Define features and acceptance criteria, develop effort estimates, and document assumptions, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to elevate development practices, code quality, and cross-team communication
- Partner with platform and shared services teams as needed to align on architecture and integration effort
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-production environments, coordinating with multiple teams to drive resolution
- Act as a release leader, supporting deployment activities and ensuring production readiness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and technical standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive professional software development experience
- 4+ years of experience providing technical leadership, including setting architectural direction and mentoring engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with modern Microsoft-based technology stacks, including .NET (Framework and Core), C#, JavaScript, and relational databases
- 1+ years of React experience (ideally) - open to considering strong Angular experience if not skilled with React
- Experience working with microservices-based architectures and distributed systems
- Solid background in analysis, system design, and full lifecycle application development
- Demonstrated experience with process modeling, data modeling, performance optimization, and application monitoring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
