Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with expertise in UiPath, Selenium, and Java to lead automation initiatives, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise automation solutions. Required Skills: UiPath Selenium Java Automation Program Management Stakeholder Management Business Process Automation Agile Delivery Automation Governance

Requirements

6 8 years of experience in Business Management, Product Management, or Automation Program Management. Hands-on exposure to UiPath automation projects and process automation initiatives. Experience with Selenium automation and Java-based enterprise applications. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business analysis skills. Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments. Preferred Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (or equivalent) Certification in Test Automation or Java Development
