IT Help Desk I

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose remote users’ connectivity issues involving VPN, email, and internet.
• Configure and deploy new computer systems, including user profile setup.
• Administer mobile devices and provide user training.
• Conduct new employee onboarding, including workstation setup and account access verification.
• Provide printer support, install and update printer drivers.

• Experience with software installation and workstation support.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computer imaging and user profile setup.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as required.
