Job description

  • Design and develop ServiceNow portals (Service Portal / Employee Center / UI Builder)
  • Build and customize widgets and reusable UI components
  • Deliver a consistent, responsive, and modern user experience
  • Implement role-based access and personalized UI experiences
  • Integrate portal components with backend ServiceNow modules and external systems
  • Follow best practices with a focus on configuration over customization

Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow development
  • Strong experience building ServiceNow portals using Service Portal and/or Employee Center
  • Hands-on experience developing custom widgets and UI components
  • Experience with UI Builder and Next Experience
  • Strong JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS skills
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications via REST APIs
  • Good understanding of UX/UI best practices
  • Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
