IT Field Engineer

In this varied role, you’ll work on both support and implementation projects, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Typical duties include:

• Providing on-site fault support and resolution
• Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover
• Collaborating with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions
• Inputting into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work
• Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction

We’re seeking a motivated and proactive professional who can hit the ground running:

• Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role
• Networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential)
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• A hands-on, problem-solving approach with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience as an IT Service Engineer would be advantageous
