IT Solutions Engineer

· Have no less than 3 years in their role as a senior network engineer or similar position.

· Be competent in managing systems, solutions, and environments involving on-prem, Cloud, and hybrid environments.

· Possess experience with some or all of the following;

· Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, and other Firewalls

· Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, and Barracuda systems and services.

· Local Exchange and MS365 email security (preferred)

· Networking skills with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and others.

· Cisco, Fortinet, and other infrastructure solutions are preferred

· Cloud implementations and security such as AWS, MS Cloud, Google Workspace, others…

· Be a self-starter and willing to create, manage, and support projects for our clients. Provide MSP support as part of a multi-Tier environment.

· Experience working with customers for managing and communicating progress and status.

Responsibilities

· Research technology solutions.

· Optimize infrastructure implementations

· Provide expertise in relation to supporting the practice areas related to identified skills (above)

· Design and implement onboarding/offboarding and supporting the MSP practice.

· A critical member of the MSP to design and implement client setup and ongoing support

· Be excellent at communication and speak English well to support our clients effectively

Qualifications:

Experience level: specialized infrastructure and cybersecurity skills

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Education: No Degree Required. vendor or Industry certifications preferred (Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Dell, Barracuda, other related technologies) CompTIA, and/or others

· Be fluent in English

Skills:

Data Center Design, deployment, and support

· Data Center systems such as; Cisco, Dell, HPE, Barracuda, Fortinet, and others.

· EntraID/Azure administration and design (1 year preferred)

· AWS S3 and WAF implementations (1 year preferred)

· Network ENGINEER (3 years of experience is preferred)

· Network Security (2 years of experience is preferred)

· Windows Servers (3 years of experience is preferred)

· Linux (3 years of experience is preferred)

· Cloud (3 years of experience is preferred)

Salary is commensurate with experience and other factors identified in the interview and will be competitive for standard industry salary ranges.
