Job description

A healthcare provider in Indiana is looking for Epic At the Elbow Support Analysts to join their team for a two week go-live.

These individuals will serve as the primary on-site support during the system go-live. They’ll provide real-team assistance to end users, guiding them through system workflows and resolving issues as they arise. They’ll also triage and escalate technical or process-related issues to the appropriate teams at the organization. Additionally, they will monitor support activity, identify trends, maintain documentation, gather user feedback and collaborate with training and implementation teams.

It is imperative that these individuals can provide exceptional support for two weeks at minimum. There are both day, third and night shifts throughout the two week duration for a multitude of different Epic applications.

We are hiring for the following applications: -Epic Ambulatory -Epic Cadence/Prelude -Epic ASAP -Epic Beacon -Epic Beaker -Epic ClinDoc -Epic OpTime/Anes -Epic Radiant -Epic Stork -Epic Willow IP

Requirements

2+ year ATE Go-Live support experience

  • Experience with Epic module required (Ambulatory, Cadence, Prelude, ASAP, Beacon, Beaker, ClinDoc, OpTime/Anes, Radiant, Stork, Willow IP)
  • HS diploma or GED

Benefits & conditions

$30/hr to $40/hr.

This is an onsite role in Indiana and expenses can be reimbursed for travelers including gas, mileage, food and hotel. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
