Associate Analyst Quality Assurance

We are excited to be recruiting for a dedicated Corporate Quality Assurance Analyst, to join our Corporate Quality Systems team based in our Allegan Michigan, location. This position will suit an experienced pharmaceutical industry quality professional who is seeking a new challenge and has the desire to make a difference. You will be responsible for supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) enterprise level software applications. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Quality Systems and will collaborate closely with all functions of the business.

Scope of the Role

• Support TrackWise and potential new corporate software in global deployment across sites by helping users, project support and creating training material.
• Train and support TrackWise site Administrators across global sites.
• Manage global documents and training items associated with the TrackWise (or future system) platform.
• Partner with global HR representatives to understand content coordination for procedures and Works Council impact.
• Track quality metrics related to the corporate QMS.
• Consultant for document SMEs/Authors for new or revised global documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on authoring and document review process and assist with document revisions.

• University degree with experience working within an office setting.
• Technical understanding of TrackWise, OpenText ECM and SuccessFactors LMS and their integration.
• Proficiency in TrackWise is desired (Corporate Change Control, Audit Management or other functional modules).
• Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-site groups at all levels of organization, including Executives.
• Skilled in creating interactive training material
• Ability to effectively lead large group training sessions on corporate systems
• Effective communication skills, including building consensus and handling interpersonal conflict.
• Experience preparing or reviewing/approving controlled documents.
