Job description

The UEM Mobile Support Engineer will work directly with the ITCS Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Team Branch performing the following duties:

Engineering, design, development, support and administration for mobile based solutions and standards for Workspace One environments.
Provide support for mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and corresponding documentation.
Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater
Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
Candidates submitted for this task should be available to work on a flexible schedule and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.

Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:
