Job description

  • Provide onsite IT support in a healthcare environment (hospitals and clinics) as the primary “boots on the ground” resource
  • Support hardware and software lifecycle management including installation, deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Handle Tier I and Tier II support for incidents, break/fix issues, and service requests
  • Participate in IT projects such as Windows 11 deployments, system upgrades, and application rollouts
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing, asset management, and administrative systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal users, external stakeholders, and vendors
  • Perform proactive system maintenance to prevent failures and ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs by prioritizing and resolving tickets within defined timelines
  • Collaborate with Tier II/III teams and escalate complex issues when required
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Follow established processes, documentation, and checklists to maintain consistency and efficiency
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team collaboration initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (onsite/end-user support preferred)
  • Experience supporting Windows environments, including OS deployments (Windows 10/11)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user applications
  • Experience providing Tier I and Tier II support in a structured IT environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, asset management tools, and SLA-driven support models
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Experience working in healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments (highly preferred)
  • Ability to work fully onsite and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
