IT Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to employees and clients on various hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, and hardware problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
• Train employees on new systems, software, and processes
• Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT support

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
