Job description

The North American Lead IT Manager (NA Lead IT Manager) will be responsible for organizational wide systems and IT Service delivery including both in person and remote support for the brands in the North American region at this time inclusive of DPA Microphones, Group One, Harrison, Jerry Harvey Audio & Sound Devices. The NA Lead IT manager will liaise with the Audiotonix Group IT Director who sets standards and policies for the brands globally. They will primarily be responsible for Group One’s offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and California as well as many remote employees across the US. The NA Lead IT Manager will be responsible and accountable for the IT service delivery of applications and infrastructure for North America with support from their peers in US time zones and UK & European IT Resources., Setting and managing the IT budget

Maintaining computer systems, including running regular checks on network and data security

Implementing IT policy and best practice guides for all employees

Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security

Provide periodic update to senior management on the state of IT operations and any concerns

Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve day to day IT challenges (i.e. hardware failures and management, internet connectivity issues, printer connection issues)

Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve existing systems

Control and manage purchasing process for new and replacement laptops and devices, monitor factory and extended warranties on equipment in use

Manage asset allocation for new hires and replacements for existing employees

Manage asset tagging system and own responsibility of tracking all IT assets

Manage all Microsoft 365 accounts for Group One employees

Manage and support the use of Microsoft 365 authenticator

Manage infrastructure and access to Group One SharePoint site

Manage cellphone plans including liaising with the CFO to ensure the most economical plans are matched with the needs of our population

Manage internal phone system (GoTo), including new hire set up and terminations as well as incoming call triage process for each office and brand

Manage distribution, and connectivity of all technical equipment, including printers

User Training and Support for all IT applications

Available for special projects as they arise (conference room Teams call connectivity)

Visit each office as needed Manage network connectivity and efficiency for each location

Partner with parent company /corporate IT department in UK

  • 365 Certified Fundamentals
  • Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • Azure Fundamentals
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (not required, but will need to be obtained during employment)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365

Proven track record in supporting multiple locations and remote staff

Ability to travel to each office at least once per quarter

Time zone flexibility

Background in Microsoft 365 with understanding of server environments

Microsoft Intune experience is required

Understanding of ITIL V4 or similar IT Service Management frameworks

Experience in managing Cisco Meraki or Similar Network Infrastructure

Experience managing Virtual server environments

Working knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management solutions such as Ninja One, Datto RMM or similar

Experience in software licenses and provisioning (M365, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.)

Proven experience in running vulnerability and patch management for desktop, applications and infrastructure

Able to clearly communicate and present status and incident management updates.

Basic understanding of ISO27001 or similar ISMS frameworks would be beneficial but not essential

Eligibility Requirements

  • The following Microsoft certifications are required
