HR Business Administrator

Dave & Adam’s Card World is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources department. This entry-level opportunity is for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources while focusing on recruitment.

In this role, you will support the full recruitment process by managing applicants through Indeed, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, and partnering with department directors to meet hiring needs., * Manage the full applicant lifecycle within Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting platforms, from job posting through candidate disposition.

• Partner with department directors to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department directors and hiring managers.
• Assist with phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Communicate with applicants regarding interview scheduling, application status, and next steps throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure applicant and employee information is handled with confidentiality.
• Support additional Human Resources and administrative projects as assigned.

• High school diploma
• Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indeed or other applicant tracking systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow in Human Resources.
