Job description

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate experimentation into development processes
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Data Scientists
  • Establish best practices for hypothesis development, metric selection, and results communication
  • Contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks and tools

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Economics, or Econometrics
  • 6+ years of experience in a data science experimentation/causal inference role (4+ with PhD)
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing and causal inference techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Proven ability to create impactful insights for product and business decisions
