Job description

As a Senior Java Full Stack , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using modern Java technologies, cloud-native architectures, and responsive web applications. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, UI/UX teams, and cross-functional delivery teams. In This Role, You Will: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux, following coding standards and best practices. Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services using XML and API-driven architectures to support seamless system communication. Develop cloud-native microservices leveraging reactive and functional programming principles to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. Create and enhance user-facing applications using Angular 11+ and Node.js while partnering closely with business and UX stakeholders. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL databases to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity. Implement event-driven solutions using AWS services and Apache Kafka for scalable and resilient application processing. Participate in code reviews, proof-of-concepts, troubleshooting, and technical improvement initiatives to drive engineering excellence. Work Model .Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience developing enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux . Hands-on expertise designing and consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and XML-based integrations . Experience building microservices architectures and applying reactive and functional programming concepts. Proficiency with Angular 11+, Node.js, and modern front-end development practices . Strong database experience with SQL, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL . Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Apache Kafka . Proven ability to collaborate with distributed teams, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architectural decisions. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks. Experience designing highly available and resilient cloud-native applications. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
