Job description

Geotab is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Geotab products and platforms. You will work with partners, customers, and internal teams through phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in customer support, solid programming knowledge (SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript) and experience with data warehouses like Google BigQuery. Strong Excel and Google Suite skills are required.
