Release Train Engineer

We ARE Renewables is looking for a Release Train Engineer for one of our clients in the energy sector. As a Release Train Engineer, you ensure an optimally functioning Agile Release Train (ART) that delivers value for the client. You work on ARTs that contribute directly to the energy transition. You connect teams, processes, and stakeholders to deliver predictably, agilely, and with quality together.

Tasks and Responsibilities Within the assignment, we expect you to actively contribute to:

• A stable and predictable execution of the ART and portfolio objectives.
• Improved collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Effective handling of dependencies and impediments.
• Strengthening Agile maturity within the ART and the entire system.
• Ensuring an effective cadence and improvement cycle.
• Further professionalization of the role of Release Train Engineer within the organization and the system.

• Higher professional or university level working and thinking skills.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer in a complex organization.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer certificering.
• Experience with organizational change, stakeholder management, and increasing Agile maturity.
• Experience in building ARTs and agile transformations.
• Excellent coaching, connecting, and communication skills
