Senior Release Train Engineer

Deliver high-quality facilitation of ART events within project timelines, ensuring value delivery and stakeholder alignment.

• Provide constructive feedback during reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance facilitation and process quality.

• Collaborate proactively with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to achieve ART objectives.

• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines while mentoring team members.

Strong proficiency in SAFe principles and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with experience facilitating ART events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).

• Proficient in Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevSecOps) and stakeholder communication.

• Solid understanding of backlog management, risk mitigation, and ART metrics (flow predictability, velocity).

• Knowledge of Lean-Agile practices and process optimization for cross-team collaboration., SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent (SAFe Advanced Scrum Master). - Experience with value stream mapping or optimizing continuous delivery pipelines.

• Familiarity with agile transformations or cross-functional team environments.
