Job description
- Auslieferung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripheriegeräte) beim Kunden vor Ort
- Inbetriebnahme und Test der ausgelieferten Hardware und Software
- Analyse und Behebung kleinerer Hard- und Softwareprobleme direkt beim Kunden
- UnterstĂźtzung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und IT-Projekten
- Dokumentation aller Serviceeinsätze, Installationen und LÜsungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Desk und dem 2nd-Level-Support
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, AuĂendienst oder Field Service von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Office 365 und Standardsoftware
- Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Serviceorientiertes, freundliches Auftreten beim Kunden
- FĂźhrerschein Klasse B erforderlich, Reisebereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
