Analytics Engineer

ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of end-to-end data projects, from problem definition to deployment and monitoringAnalyze player behavior to understand game performance, progression, monetization, and engagement driversDefine KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders and ensure their robust and consistent implementation in data modelsDesign and optimize data models and datasets tailored to analytical and business needsEnsure data quality and consistency, validating assumptions and identifying data issuesLeverage and adapt AI tools and approaches to enhance data workflows and impactDemonstrate autonomy and decision-making, driving projects forward in ambiguous environmentsContribute to the data roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities for data science and analyticsRequirementsMaster’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent3+ years of experience in advanced analytics rolesStrong proficiency in Python and SQLSolid experience with data modeling and large-scale datasetsStrong understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental designKnowledge of cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and modern data environmentsGood understanding of data pipelines and ETL processesExperience with orchestration tools and dbt#J-*****-Ljbffr
