TELECOMMUTE Systems Analyst (SNAP EBT)

• At least five years of experience supporting SNAP EBT operations at the State or Federal level.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze SNAP EBT operational and system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience reviewing technical and business requirements.
• Experience developing and executing system, integration, end-to-end, and user-acceptance test cases.
• Experience documenting defects, managing issue logs, and verifying issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EBT transaction processing, online purchasing, ecommerce, payment gateways, third-party processors, POS systems, or retailer integrations.
• Experience testing mobile payments, mobile wallets, chip cards, CAV2, expiration dates, or payment-processing platforms.
• Experience supporting State EBT host-processor conversions.
• Familiarity with APIs, database concepts, transaction flows, interface specifications, and large-scale government systems.
• Experience working with State agencies, Federal agencies, retailers, payment processors, and technology vendors.
