Job description
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to support ERP implementation projects
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design
- Configure ERP modules to support business and accounting requirements
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Develop and execute testing plans including UAT and system validation
- Create process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Support month-end close and reporting requirements during system transitions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them
- Provide post-implementation support and user training
Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP implementation or ERP consulting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, or related ERP systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
- Experience supporting:
- General Ledger
- AP/AR
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Reporting
- Procurement
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Experience with data conversions, integrations, and system testing
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience
- ERP upgrade, migration, or transformation projects
- Multi-entity and multi-location environments
- Manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, construction, or financial services industries
- CPA, PMP, or ERP certifications are a plus
