Job description

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Talent Support Manager to assist with managing talent acquisition processes, from recruitment to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment support and will play a key role in helping to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles and interview feedback.
  • Work with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with government or defense contractor hiring processes.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes at once.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges in the recruitment process efficiently.
