Job description

Epic Analyst II is a journey-level role responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic systems to ensure efficient and effective healthcare operations. Epic Analyst II collaborates with IT staff and end users to address system needs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to projects that enhance workflows and overall efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals with healthcare or technical experience who are interested in leveraging technology to improve operations and advance their career within ARMC., Certification: Incumbents must possess and maintain Epic certification in their assigned module. Some positions may require incumbents to obtain and maintain additional vendor specific certifications on the applications supported. Additional Epic certifications must be obtained within six (6) months of notification from a supervisor and/or management team. The Clinical Informatics Department reserves its right to extend beyond six (6) months if the core training class schedule falls outside of this period. If certification is not obtained after six (6) months of notification or the dedicated extended time allowance, the incumbent’s employment will be terminated., Application Procedure : There will be a competitive evaluation of qualifications based on the information provided in the Application and the Supplemental Questionnaire. Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL of the following Certification and Experience requirements: CERTIFICATION Current Epic Certification in one or more modules by Epic Systems Corporation. EXPERIENCE One (1) year full-time experience as an Epic Analyst I with ARMC.

One (1) year of full-time experience on an Epic team performing system builds, configurations, and providing user support with Epic., The ideal candidate will be certified in multiple modules and have two (2) years experience working with Epic systems, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with IT staff and end users to optimize workflows and support efficient healthcare operations.
