Job description
In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.

Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change
-
Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting
-
Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators. This task includes:

Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution
-
Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree, or 2 - 4 years of related experience
Certifications
-
Required: IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
-
ITIL v4 Foundation
-
Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist - Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist - Direct, Plan, and Improve
Security Clearance
- Required: TS/SCI
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)

Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required
