Job description
As an HVAC Field Service Supervisor, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Supervise daily field operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Assist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical support in the field and remotely
- Monitor and improve team productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience
- Review and audit work orders, service reports, and payroll for accuracy
- Conduct job site visits, vehicle inspections, and equipment audits
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and company assets
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and job assignments
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local codes

Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC field leadership or supervisor experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and manage day-to-day operations
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
