- Lead the development of design concepts and ensure they are in line with project objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine architectural designs.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for design development, project management, and document control.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with design and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design staff.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and standards.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in all designs.

Senior Licensed Architect/Designer who is proficient in Revit and experienced in construction documentation. Multiple offices throughout New York, and focus in architecture, engineering, environmental, and consulting within government, institutional, healthcare, education, municipal, and more. With the current needs of our clients and new potential clients, we are growing internally., We are looking for a Senior Designer/Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to apply their skills and knowledge. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about design, architecture, and engineering, and is proficient in using Revit. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package., 1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- MUST BE LICENSED and a minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect.
- Proficiency in using Revit software for design and project management.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications - must have experience with construction documentation.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and solutions to clients and team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- A creative mind with a strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Professional registration as an Architect or Engineer is highly desirable.
