Intermediate Architectural Designer 2-10 years experience (New York)

We are looking for an Intermediate Level architect with experience with Architecture in all phases of a project with a focus on Construction Documents executed in REVIT, · 5 - year Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture. · Minimum 2 years of work experience. · Knowledge and experience in the preparation of construction drawings sets, design detailing, and coordination of building materials and assemblies. · Ability to communicate efficiently and work in a team environment. · Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with REVIT and BIM 360. · Proficient in Autocad skills, Bluebeam a plus. · Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. · LEED Accreditation a plus
