The Senior Application Programmer is responsible for the development, administration, and enhancement of enterprise-level .NET applications. This role involves working closely with technical teams to improve system performance, ensure compliance with development standards, and contribute to full software development lifecycle activities within an Agile environment., * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional technical teams to align with enterprise standards
• Contribute to system design discussions and technical solutioning

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to enterprise application development standards and best practices
• Support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, * Perform technical analysis, research, and special projects as assigned
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development
• Strong expertise in:
• C#
• ASP.NET Core
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams using Microsoft technologies
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js-based applications
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture (Microservices/SOA)
• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience with Git and version control strategies
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
