Senior Application Programmer - SAP 26-05650

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Programmer to serve as a lead technical contributor supporting a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative.

This role is responsible for designing and implementing complex application solutions, providing technical leadership, and driving development across architecture, security, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack development, enterprise architecture, and cloud-based environments, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance., * Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and best practices

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization
• Support Agile development processes and modernization strategies

Do you have experience in Technology security practices?, * 10+ years of application development experience

• Advanced expertise in SQL Server
• Strong experience with CRM systems and intake portals
• Proven experience in secure coding practices
• Experience supporting MFA and compliance-driven environments
• Strong .NET full-stack development experience
• Expertise in ASP.NET framework
• Experience with enterprise architecture and system design
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments
• Front-end experience with Vue, Angular, or React, * Experience in public-sector application development
