Scrum Master Organization

Lead delivery execution for Agile squads and project workstreams. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Drive teams to meet sprint goals, milestones, and release commitments. Monitor delivery progress and proactively remove blockers and risks. Manage dependencies across teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Maintain delivery tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence. Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Must have: Agile / Waterfall / SCRUM Development. PMP, SAFE RTE, CSM, ITIL, CSTM, SCJD, MCP. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Scope and Change Management.
