Job description

Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting.
Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
Support the organization’s Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workplace dispute resolution?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
