Job description
Coordinate with PSCD Leadership and key stakeholders to implement deliverables supporting the Enterprise & Technology Security organization
Apply proper security & data privacy measures to protect IBM’s data
Contribute to architectural, design, test, and support discussions
Be a key member of a ServiceNow development team delivering features using script includes, business rules, workflows, ACLs, and other core platform elements
Integrate with secure & highly available back-end systems using REST APIs
Grow and adapt to current technology and design standards to create modern, effective, and efficient systems
Work in an Agile team environment
Apply IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (or equivalent) practices
Requirements
Core ServiceNow development (Script Includes, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, workflows, etc.) (3 years) OR JavaScript development (server-side and client-side experience) (3 years)
Service integration with back-end systems via REST APIs (2 years)
Agile development (3 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for various audiences
Able to collaborate across teams and Business Units
Continuous Integration, Deployment, and Test
Preferred Skills
General ServiceNow Development (required skillset + Update Sets, Transform Maps, Flows, Scripted REST APIs) (4 years)
JavaScript development (server-side and client-side experience) (4 years)
Service Portal (2 years)
ServiceNow MID Servers (2+ years)
Regulatory and/or internal compliance for both security & data privacy
IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (or equivalent) (1 year)
Security & Privacy by Design (SPbD) (or equivalent) principles
