Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst for a 4-month project supporting the setup of a new Partnership Office focused on performance management. The role is based in Brussels in a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible., * Set up SLAs/KPIs documented in the partnership agreement to monitor the performance of outsourced Client Service Center activities.

• Define new SLAs/KPIs where applicable.
• Identify relevant data to support the setup of SLAs/KPIs.
• Gather, transform, and analyse raw data using sourcing techniques.
• Define and negotiate targets.
• Define the weights related to SLAs/KPIs.
• Organize and drive the activities independently to deliver on time.
• Challenge reporting figures to ensure data quality.
• Set up a dashboard to monitor the correctness of reported figures.
• Identify trends in poor performance and discuss them with domain experts.
• Discuss root causes and potential remediations.
• Act as the performance contact person between stakeholders and within the team.
• Ensure relevant, user-friendly performance dashboards are provided.
• Set up a volume forecasting system integrating future changes to enable capacity planning.

• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
• You have advanced Excel skills.
• You have Power BI basics or are willing to learn rapidly.
• You have mandatory banking experience.
• You are fluent in French.
• You have good Dutch proficiency.
• English proficiency.
