IT Engineer

We are looking for a proactive IT Engineer to join a small, collaborative IT team. You will act as a key escalation point for complex 2nd line incidents, ensuring our hardware, software, and cloud networks remain secure and reliable.

This isn’t just a ticket-clearing role; you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse IT projects and help shape our technical infrastructure., * Technical Support: Resolve escalated incidents across hardware, software, and networks.

• M365 Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
• Security & Compliance: Maintain systems in line with data protection and security standards.
• Documentation: Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles to streamline operations.
• Project Support: Assist the IT Manager with infrastructure and deployment projects.

• Strong experience in 2nd line technical support.
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a “tech-curious” mindset.
