Requirements

  • Hybrid Working - 3 to 4 Days Working From Home
  • Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
  • Experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure, ideally Microsoft Azure
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • A passion for Cloud technologies and Cyber Security
  • MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
